Donating to VRC

Ways you can make a gift

Contributions from individuals, foundations, and corporations are important in helping VRC continue its mission. For more information call 570-823-0766.

Cash or Credit Card

Outright gifts by personal check or credit card are the fastest way to help VRC. All gifts are tax deductible to the fullest extent of the law.

Memorial or Honorary Gifts

Gifts made in memory of or in honor of a loved one help remember others while supporting the services of VRC.

Matching Gifts

Many businesses match their employees’ contributions to charitable organizations. If your company participates, ask your human resources department for a matching gift form that can double or possibly triple your gift!

Mini Fund Raisers

Consider sponsoring a mini fundraiser such as a basket raffle or dress down day through your workplace, church, school or social service organization. Please call 570-823-0766 ext. 101 to discuss how you can help!

Financial & Estate Planning

Will You Leave a Legacy? With a simple gift that costs nothing during your lifetime, you can make a difference in the future.

Thank you for your interest in the important mission of Victims Resource Center. Every gift is important to us and shows that you share our vision. If the Victims Resource Center is one of your most important charitable causes you can make it part of your legacy. When you remember Victim Resource Center in your will, you leave a lasting legacy to your values as you help continue our work far into the future.

You can choose an option such as the following as part of your financial and estate planning:

  • Naming the Victims Resource Center as a beneficiary in your will
  • Naming the Victims Resource Center as a beneficiary of your 401(k), 403(b) or IRA
  • Naming the Victims Resource Center as a beneficiary of a life insurance policy
  • Establishing a trust that provides income to the Victims Resource Center
  • Making a gift of real estate

For more information on these options, please contact Suzanne Beck at 570-823-0766 ext. 101.
